We are located in northern Wisconsin on Highway 8, between Rhinelander and Tomahawk. . Breeding Golden Retrievers has been part of our lives for over 20 years. We are committed to breeding dogs with sound structure and that great golden temperament. Before we consider any dog for breeding, they must pass these health clearances.
Hips: They have their hips x-rayed and submitted to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA). The x-ray is reviewed by a panel of board certified radiologists and then registered to be free of genetic hip dysplasia.
Eyes: Our dogs have an eye examination by a board certified veterinary ophthamologist. This is submitted to the Canine Eye Registration Foundation (CERF) and then is registered to be free of any genetic eye disease.
Heart: They have their heart examined by a board certified veterinary cardiologist and are certified to be free of hereditary sub-aortic stenosis. This certification is registered in the OFA's Cardiac Registry Service (SAS).
